Gwendal POULLENNEC joined in 2003, 15 years of experience in the world of gastronomy,
in charge of MICHELIN GUIDE over 37 countries. 
Gwendal POULLENNEC joined the MICHELIN GROUP in 2003 after graduating from ESSEC Business School in France and has spent the past decade in charge of the MICHELIN Guide's international deployment in the United States and Asia. He was also the driving force behind the launch of the MICHELIN Guide in New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Kyoto, and, more recently, Bangkok and Taipei.

He was appointed general secretary of the MICHELIN Guide in 2014, and he was instrumental in developing new digital interfaces for the group's gastronomic activities.

Gwendal Poullennec, who has over 15 years of gastronomic experience, is in charge of the MICHELIN Guide in over 37 countries.

In his role, Gwendal continues to embody the MICHELIN GROUP's values of generosity, passion, and independence, while also leading the global team of Michelin inspectors.
