CHROMA BY MODE KITCHEN & BAR

Chroma Vivid 4D sensory dining experience
This 360-degree interactive dining experience will take guests on a culinary journey, with each dish and cocktail matched to a light show inspired by the same colour. The Chroma dinner utilises Red, Green and Blue colours native to any imagery creation as the basis of their creations. Step into a world of colour and discover how combining food, art and technology can stimulate the work of gastronomy. Try the Hiramasa Kingfish Sashimi in a striking green chlorophyll-coloured stracciatella sauce, and dip into the Sweet Canvas to finish off – a unique creation that lets you blend the colours of RGB with a white ice-cream base and create any sort of combination your imagination allows you.

The Chroma Vivid 4D sensory dining experience is priced at $145 per person and is available only during the period of the Vivid Festival which runs till 15th June.
