AirAsia wishes to provide updates on the status of flights from and to Bali and Lombok following the volcanic active ty of Mount Agung in Bali.

AirAsia is currently in close coordination with the authorities and will continually conduct risk assessments to ensure the safety of our operations.

Affected guests will be notified of their flight status and the options made available to them via their registered e-mail address. 

Guests whose flights were cancelled are entitled to choose one of the following service recovery options being offered:

1. Move flight: Change to a new travel time on the same route within 30 calendar days from original flight time without additional cost and subject to seat availability; OR
2. Credit Account: Retain the value of your fare in a credit account for your future travel with AirAsia. The online Credit Account to be redeemed within 90 calendar days from the date of issuance.
