For food lovers or food hunters, getting to try different dishes is like 'heaven' to us as we get the experience of how the food taste lie, how it is prepared, how it is served, what the service would be, how friendly is the staff and management, where it is located but always the core is how is the food.

SANOOOK located at Sunway Piramid West Entrance is another location that we decided to dive in to our appetite. It's quite easy to find them, corner lot, right at the entrance, opposite of Clio Hotel, Sunway. The restaurant is set up with half sweaters in-door and another half outdoor.

Wholly owned by Chakri Group of Restaurant, SANOOOK is an inspiration of Thai Cuisine just like Chakri Restaurant. BUT the uniqueness of SANOOOK is, it's Thai Cuisine with a twist of Japanese as well. There is a little Japanese in their Thai dishes served. 

We start with the name itself, 'Sanook' means FUN and in addition to that, 'O' is representing FRIENDSHIPS. When anything to food it is always best to have it with your friends. And eating is supposed to be fun.

TRANSPORATION

Travelling to Sunway Piramid is quite easy now. If you plan to take the bus, you can do so by taking bus rapidKL no. 770 at Pasar Seni, with a fare of RM3.00 per person all the way right in front of Sunway Piramid. 

Another mode will be the LRT KELANA JAYA Lines, stop at LRT USJ7, take the BRT from the LRT all the way to Sunway Lagoon, dropdown and walk over to Sunway Piramid via their pedestrian flyover. Fare is RM9.00 per person (advisable to purchase the ticket under BRT Lines, choose Setia Jaya.
