What’s in it? Well,
there’re spinach, chia seeds, lime, lychee (of course!), tropical juice and
low-fat vanilla ice cream -- all blended with sorbet for that extra chill

the best veggies to eat and ranked as a super food by some nutritionists.
Ever wondered why
Popeye the Sailor loved the spinach so much? Because this leafy veggie is rich
in water-soluble and fat-soluble vitamins, a wide variety of phytonutrients,
and loads of chlorophyll. Specifically, it is a great source of the minerals
