The last I was in WEIL HOTEL IPOH, I was not able to come here as it was Ramadhan. So couldn't try their DIM-SUM BREAKFAST BUFFET and it was already my favourite. 

With it's perennial Cantonese favourites, YUK SOU HIN, on the first floor of WEIL HOTEL IPOH, serves pork-free ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT DIM SUM BUFFET.  Managed by its Manager, MR TONG KHAR CHUN, while kitchen by MASTERCHEF CHUNG HO SHI, born and trained in the finer art of Cantonese cuisine in Hong Kong. One can be assured of the best and fined food art with exceptional service, friendly and knowledgeable staff on hand to assist.

SIGNATURE DISH YUK SOU HIN

MASTERCHEF CHUNG, the only Hong Kong Cuisine Chef in Ipoh. With signature Smoked Duck with Lychee Wood.... seriously I was digging into this dish like didn't look left or right. I am fussy about duck meat not everyone can cook it right. These was done to perfection. The skin is crispy but still it melt as it touches your tongue. The duck meat was so soft. So if you are one of those who love duck meat and wish to have to try come on over to WEIL HOTEL IPOH. You will never be disappointed.

  • Steamed Har Gaw Dumpling
  • Pan Fried Har Gaw
  • Steamed scallop Dumpling with Asparagus
  • Chef's special Golden Egg Yolk Custard Bun 
    • These is the best and it's not always you get to have this buns. It's quite hard to make and it's a Chef's signature if the Chef does this then you are in luck to have it. 
  • Crispy Bean Curd Roll with Prawn & Cheese
    • Very crispy and I was biting down on it like there is no tomorrow
  • Pan Fried Dumpling with Minced Chicken & Chives
  • Steamed Rice Roll with Prawn & Coriander (Chee Cheong Fun)
    • After so long finally got to get my teeth into these very very soft CHEE CHEONG FUN (okay craving done hahaha)
  • Pumpkin & Seafood Congee
    • You cannot actually feel like you are eating congee it's more like you are having a pumpkin and seafood soup. The porridge is cooked and blend to refine which is just like what I like it to be.
