Sushi has always been my favourite. Normally I would just get those sold at AEON BIG, which is at times on sale. Once a while, I'll park myself and my son at Japanese Restaurant just to enjoy being served.

Sushi King had their 100th outlet launch at a newly opened AEON Shah Alam on the 15th March 2016 and it was like being in Japan for awhile. The Japanese accessories, the culture and not forgetting the sakuras.

Sushi King has applied for Jakim Halal Certification and in the process currently. Texchem Resources founder and executive chairman Tan Sri Dr Fumihiko Konishi expects the certification to be approved somewhere in June or July 2016, after operating from its first restaurant 21 years ago. 

Sushi King expects to expand to another 60 more outlets by 2020. 

I remembered Sushi King was the first restaurant that taught me how to eat and enjoy sushi.

The 100th Outlet is very cosy. Friendly service staff. I like it when you can order via a mini tablet placed at the table. I believe only certain outlet carries these units. But it's so convenient. All you have to do is just scroll, pick your menu, and press to order your selection.
