FIRST SANCTIONED OBSTACLE RACE CHAMPIONSHIP, PAHLAWAN MALAYSIA

PAHLAWAN MALAYSIA 2016 WINNERS
NATIONAL SPORTS DAY is back on the 8th October 2016!

Variety of activities has been lined up throughout Malaysia and it was like everywhere in Malaysia, the NSD was really planned out well for everyone to come out with their family and just enjoy the day and still stay fit. 

One in particular is the PAHLAWAN MALAYSIA, Malaysia's First Sanctioned Obstacle Race Championship.  It's the first of a series of 13 championships that will be held throughout Malaysia in search of the top 5 representatives from each states to compete in the grand final which will be held in Kuala Lumpur. The winner would be crowned Pahlawan Malaysia Grand champion and win up to RM100,000 in prizes.

The program was held at UITM Shah Alam, on the 8th October 2016 itself, and on these day MORSA signed a Strategic partnership agreement with SAMYCO HOLDINGS BHD  to promote Obstacle Race Sports in Saudi Arabia and OIC countries. Thus establishing an Obstacle Race Sports Associations in the Middle East.

The partnership was officiated at the Pahlawan Malaysia event at Padang Kawad University Teknologi MARA (UITM) SHAH ALAM. It aims to increase at 10% of Middle East youth to be involved and active in extreme sports by 2030. It is also to promote Islamic Sports among the youth in Middle East. 

Dr Rashed Osman Joher, President of SAMYCO HOLDINGS BERHAD quoted, 
'We want to increase the involvement of youth to join extreme sports such as Obstacle Race Sports to support and participate in the Saudi vision 2030'
